There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Do no waste your time on such application because at the end of the month what you will earn is peanuts and more than that you would have spend on charging those phones and also your phone will get slow and battery will start draining quickly. Thus it is not worth your efforts and time.

You have to check first what is the trading price and see  what is the output, then only you can see that whether it is worthy or not. But the main thing is that mobile mining is not 4recommended as it won't be profit

Electroneum miner is a simulated miner, meaning you don't really use your mobile's processing power to get those coins.
However, Another close Competitor of etn is Stellite(xtl) which has plans to integrate real mobile mining which only uses a part of your proccessing power without affecting the system performance.Yes, it does sound impossible, but they are doing it and testing it.
PS: the Stellite Core developer is an Indian Wink
