what are some good escrow services for new alt coins?

Is there a list of escrow services that work with new alt coins that are not yet listed on the exchanges? if so what escrow services would you recommend and what are the fees for using the service? sounds like there is a high risk of getting scammed when trading in the new coins like CAT and EAC.

You could simply find a trusted member on here to work as Escrow for any of your trades.

Too many new alts though - stick to the one there are!

I can provide escrow but can you tell me which coins are most popular now? I have to download clients and sync them first.
