 1. reCAPTCHA when login: When I created the account I was asked for this verification but can not find it when signing in.
 2. contact support: Most sites provide this service 24/7
 3. verify my personal information: In fact, I can not do anything without verifying my ID [personal blockchain banking], which I didn’t like.
