Last month, I want to verify my kyc so I send my details and files to them but I didn't verify. I contacted their support and told them my kyc but they replied "At the present, it's the stage of collecting information and it will not affect your use of our exchange, you can deposit, withdrawal and deposit normally." For now you can verify email and mobile number.
