newbie question

hi been mining on catpool.in and got around 20 coins there but now it won't let me login saying invalid user or pass. i know it's the right one and now it's locked my account saying to contact support but the support button does nothing. any ideas??

it won't even let me get the password sent to my email it says " Unable to send mail to your address"
 has anyone else had this on any pools or have i been scammed

Probably there is maintenance mode activated, or they are just configuring something.

Just start mining something else, and wait a few hours, and try login again. You are always welcome at http://coinspool.co/ (doge coin)
