I am looking for someone to make a new tool based on BitAddress.org, bit2factor.org, bitescrow.org, PyWallet 2.1.7, and BrainWallet.org.

Must work cross platform with Windows and Linux - At the least.

What the tool needs:

Required Only If written in JavaScript:
Required Only If Written In Java or Python:
  • Must be able to delete addresses from a MultiBit Wallet file. (Preferred to be able to import as well.)
Required for JavaScript, Java, and Python:
  • A BIP38 encryption/decryption section. This would not only generate new BIP38 encrypted addresses, (password "box" would be needed.) but also encrypt and decrypt current already-made keys.
  • Brain Wallet section to make compressed and uncompressed addresses.
  • Single Wallet section (like on bitaddress.org), to make compressed and uncompressed addresses.
  • Must be in English - No other language is needed.
  • Add two-factor escrow section with the same functions as: bit2factor.org (https://github.com/mannkind/bit2factor.org)
  • Add a second escrow section with the same functions as: bitescrow.org (https://github.com/mannkind/bitescrow.org)
Current Bounty: Make an Offer? (In USD to convert to BitCoin or Just In BitCoin)

You need to agree that you are willing and able to update this every now and again (exceptions can be made). There will be a pre-set price for each update.

Please Note: I only need this tool in one programming language.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

artw1982,
I'd like some time to consider this offer, if that's alright. I wouldn't need it to be hosted, it would just be something I could download and run offline. For myself. It would be completely up to the creator if they would wish to make it public. As long as I have the right to share it privately, for free, and I would want the right to edit the code or have someone else update/edit the code privately as well.

Another thing I would need from you is a example of your work. (For proof of quality and that you know what you're doing, of course.)
Thank you for your offer,
Sammey

P.S., If someone would like to make the program in Java or Python, that'd probably yield a bigger bounty. (It'd need to be able to be run on Python 2.7 or both 3.x and 2.7. Or if made in Java, make sure everything is able to be run on Windows and Linux using Oracle Java 7.)
