best advice stay away from accepting paypal for bitcoin it only leads to disaster especially with new members

I don't know how to do this most secure for both partys really, I was told one that i you "masspay" chargeback is not possible - its heresay but if thats true I could do that if we do small chunks at a time.

I'm wanting to spend 5k USD roughly.
