LV Mining online scam

Found this company through craigslist supposedly dealing with mining pools and had some extra bitcoin they were looking to unload. I foolishly bought quite a bit from them, send them money, and have had nothing but problems ever cents. They keep stalling on why they couldn’t send me coins and now have completely started ignoring my calls and emails altogether. Wanted to know if anyone else has heard of this company or had experience with them or could help me figure out how to track them down to recoup my money.

I checked their "domain information", nothing useful there (they're hiding everything), meaning there's little to no chance in recovering your money (unfortunately).

You can try the following websites (don't get your hopes up):

2. CHAINALYSIS
For the record, such websites (cloud mining) always turn out to be scams.

 The only silver lining is I’m pretty sure I track down the guy behind this scam and it looks like he’s been in quite a bit of legal trouble before for this exact same thing. I’m trying to put the fear of God into him by showing I have all his personal information and could file a police report. I’d rather him just give me my money back, but we’ll see what happens…

That doesn't look & sound right! You should file a report, no matter what the outcome might be (to save future victims).
