How do I get acces to give my self up in a spreadsheet? I can not fill out anything?

If you are talking about a Google Spreadsheet, you should already be able to edit it if you are logged in with the account that is hosting the spreadsheet.

You can also just copy the spreadsheet to your account (in case you are not the creator/have no permissions), where you will be able to edit it (File -> Make a Copy).

Spreadsheet automatically update from the team. You can't fill, Yiu just fill the form for registration and then yiur name will be visible on spreadsheet. Use google spreadsheet to saw spreadsheet, its easy to use
