Block Retarget - 2016
Any coin that does not retarget a lot faster than this is doomed to get stuck with high diff for long perionds.
Starting Difficulty - 0.0002906
This caused both Catcoin and Mooncoin launches to be a disaster. A diff of 0.0002906 means a 1MH miner can produce about 1 block per second. That is way to fast, even for a small 100MH network, much less the 500-1000MH that have been hitting the new coins in the first minute.
A start diff of 1 would give a 1000MH network blocks about every 4 seconds, slow enough for the blocks to make it to other nodes before other blocks are found.
If you want to reward people heavily at the launch, increase the block reward for the first few block. Don't screw up your launch with a low diff.
