I've deposited doge and withdraw btc from them today. I've used bter for about a month and only have problems once.

My suggestion is that you write an email explaining your problem with simple words. Then use google translate to translate it to simplified chinese. Paste the translation below the email and send it. Then wait for 2-4 days. Hopefully you will get your coins back soon.

Or you can contact them with QQ, but I've never done that.

I always mine and set low auto-payouts, I sell the coins several times a day. After 2 or 3 days I withdraw to my offline wallet. I personally don't like having too much at stake in exchanges.

Thats why you have to use simple words. Also include the english version. I had negative balance once and that method worked. Never receive a response but it was solved after three days

No need to use simple words with Bter. They have a number of people that speak good English. Best way to contact them is by QQ.

I've deposited and withdrawn millions of DOGE with them without problems. I'm not sure what your issue is but they handle a lot of volume and are quite popular, so I would not worry that they are a scam.

The thing with contacting Chinese companies regarding support is that you must be LOUD and PERSISTANT. It's just the culture. If you send a kind message and wait a week or two for a response they may think that you don't really care that much. (Just from my own experience living in China and doing business with Chinese)

You may say that you want to deposit more BTC but your last DOGE deposit didn't go through and they need to check it out immediately.

Keep us updated.
