1. fork dogecoin
2. invent ridiculous name, preferably based on an old forgotten meme (rickrollcoins anyone?)
3. pump up block reward and max coins, because 100 billion is too little.
4. keep the lame random block reward with 0 min coins, everybody loves being so random!
5. compile wallet, configure and have 25 mhashes pointed to it (the recently failed dubstepcoin even had 350 mhashes pointed to the only working pool in 10 minutes, talk about instamining...)
6. release coin and pull the trigger to instamine as much as possible

disclaimer: I love dogecoin, but the silly clonecoins that came after it all follow the same recipe and come premined/instamined. DOGE was actually quite fair, I started 1 hour late and could solo mine 3 blocks with 280 khashes before I went for a pool. All of the clones that followed? no chance.
