LOL funny thread. Do you have evidence that they are really scammers. Every country every place you can find the scammers and legit people. If you want to safeguard yourself you need to check the project or investment do with them.

you're too too naive in this cruel cruel world. Country bans don't solve any shit and it isn't wise to ban people country wise. However signature campaigns should be removed (the menace of signature campaign is much less and controlled nowadays as compared to a couple of years earlier at the time of primedice signatures)

Also, people from first world countries don't scam? They scam much easily because of their better English. A person with a bad English still gets highlighted but an american can scam much more easily than a paki.
