Well I was wondering if unpowered x16 to x16 is fine? I got 2 pcie x16 3.0 slots on my gpu so i figured if i got unpowered x16 to x16 it'd work as designed, right?

I tried it without unpowered and had a lot of unexplainable problems. Crashing drivers, low hash rate, high temps. Lots of them were solved when I powered them. You can do this in 10 min yourself Wink

Edit: although just 2 cards may  be fine. I thought the limit from the motherboard is 75watt.

Of course the card has its own power connections and I modified the risers: http://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=76121.0
