your pool might be taking a bit of strain, getting like over 4000ms to it at the moment, maybe it's just me.

if ur mining with the inbuilt miner u can go to help>debug window>console

There 2-3 miners that get all blocks from the beginning they will try to pump the price (wiht selling orders) and then sell all their coins on that price. It is not too diff to mine but we have 2-3 whales that got all blocks.
