Cryptsy SMS Auth Problem, Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm using Cryptsy for over a week, and few days ago I decided to enable 2 Factor Authentication by SMS, So my account is more Secure!!!
Everything was working great for 1 or 2 days.

Since last 24 hours when I login to Cryptsy with my user/pass I get stuck in SMS auth page, as no sms is being delivered to my mobile phone.  

First I thought maybe it's my operator issue but I tested it by sending/receiving sms'es both localy and internationally. I also saw someone else having the same problem https://twitter.com/lifefly1/status/416761687493332992

I opened up a support ticket and after 24 hours it still being ignored. Twitted @cryptsy about problem, again, IGNORED. Found one of the officials of Cryptsy here (bitjohn) but I can't send him PM or post on his topics since I'm newbie. 
I don't know what else to do!

This is serious. its not just deposit/withdrawal delay/problem. I totally can't access anything,and don't know whats happening to my trades.
How much should I wait for even a simple answer from them.

I had this issue but the sms came after about an hour - I contacted support and they responded very quickly - contact support if you are still having this issue.

it seems it could be a delay.  One thing you could try if support don't get back to you, which sometimes works is using the forget password which could bypass the whole authorization process assuming it sends a reset password link.

Thanks for replying. Well the last time i was able to log in was around 12/28/2013 6:30 am GMT and i'm trying to login every 2,3 hours since then.

the only ways of contacting support that i found was their support ticket system. As I said above in my first post I had opened a ticket and yet there is no response to it. i also tried twitter too but no luck.

well i did that too. but i can't get past sms auth.

Ok. A while after my registration, and posting here, Bitcointalk finaly allowed me to send PM's.
So I PM'ed "BitJohn" about my problem and he responded fast. He disabled my 2FA SMS for me and I was able to login.
Well, first thing I did was changing damn SMS Auth to Authy. It's much better and based on Time Based Tokens, authy also has SMS and Call support. so I'm satisfied for now. 

Thank you "BitJohn" and please fix your support ticket thing. I just wasted 1 day there.
