Hello.
Sent with BTC-e on coins-e 1 BTC.In 30 minutes he appeared on coins-e under inscription "unconfirmed", but on balance did not act.7 days passed, and he so hangs under inscription "unconfirmed".Wrote in support both exchanges, answered everywhere, that they not at businesses, the network of   Bitcoin processes a dispatch.How is it possible to return 1 BTC ?What can be done ?

What's "coins-e"?

Another altcoin exchange.

Anyway, to the topic-starter: Check if the transaction shows up as confirmed on blockchain.info. If so, harass coins-e, because the problem is on their side in this case. If not, harass btc-e.

BTC went to unknown purses.BTC also come with other unknown purses.The impression that my purse used by another person.

You used a deposit-address that coins-e gave you. Check that address on blockchain.info. Does your transaction appear there, with confirmations? If yes, coins-e received the transaction and you can hassle them about it.

Most exchanges automatically move deposited coins out of deposit addresses to centralized storage, but this won't affect your account balance if the exchange works properly.
