I dont know why people keep saying it's unpaid?
I have the bank statement of the executed payment also.
The screen shot is that of a new order, those that have ordered with KNC are aware of the payment flow and what it will say currently... Not sure if it's an honest mistake on your part or an attempt at fraud, if it is an honest mistake you need to contact KNC since per your screen shot you did not secure an order for a Neptune in that batch.
I will contact them ASAP then. I have the proof of payment, so i'm not sure what happened.
My new orders, still unpaid, show a dropdown box to select the payment.
On my december order, no dropdown box is visible to me.
