Own Dogecoin faucet?

Hello, I would like to run a faucet on my website however all scripts need either a litecoind or access to one offsite thru vpn, but I have only normal webspace. Is there a possibility for instance using a webwallet to run such a script on normal webspace where one has no chance to install own programs but scripts?
