Since bittrex is a good place for transactions, it will be great for the TRX. But I am not sure that because of TRX, Ripple will close the trade of other tokens. However, if this happen, it would take negative impression of bittrex.

TRON will upgrade their blockchain from ERC20 token to a new mainnet and blockchain, so there will be swap 1: 1  and old tokens are no longer supported by Bittrex and to get accurate snapshot results Bittrex will close TRX wallet and stop TRON token trading service until the process is complete

Bittrex is also a good exchange, preferably waiting for the mainnet, rather than trading with outdated coins

The tron team already announced that as long as your trx's are on an exchange you have nothing to worry about. The transition would be automatic and you don't actually have to do anything. A lot of exchanges including bittrex and binance have announced that they'll support the migration so you don't need to do anything
