DOMINIUM: DIGITALISING THE PROPERTY WORLD




Dominium is a multi-lingual property platform that uses blockchain technology to the benefit of property developers, financiers, owners, investors and managers by providing a single, decentralised, regulated marketplace for all property related activities.


Dominium will use an Ardor childchain to provide the blockchain technology. Ardor evolved from the time-tested Nxt blockchain and has the required features that a property related platform requires, such as controlled assets (whereby trading is only possible for approved accounts, which is essential for regulatory compliance), singleton assets (which is ideal for property sales and rentals) and the ability to charge using the childchain’s token only (no gas, ether, BTC or anything else required, which in turn simplifies the platform for the end user).


Dominium will provide standardised legal templates for property funds, bonds and other types of financing, enabling companies to fundraise with minimal set up costs and investors to invest from as little as €1.

Dominium will also obtain the required licenses to both structure and market property financing in as many jurisdictions as possible. This enables property companies to market their investment products internationally and, as Dominium will be available in all languages, their registered users can invest in any product they desire.


Thus the childchain decentralises the trade of assets and places regulatory documents, rental agreements, property management tasks and more on the blockchain, which creates total transparency and removes the need for expensive lawyers, estate agents, notaries, etc.

This project is pretty much informative, but the website has a slightly lower salary interaction. There should be more attention from the community. I do not want to invest now for fear of high risk. Undecided Undecided Undecided Undecided Undecided

Hi Ethan,
Is there any reason why you think there is high risk? Did you not look at the companies and the directors behind the project and the fact that they have been around for a long time? Money collected through the ITO will for a great part be invested in property and the accounts (including the ITO) will be audited and published. There is already a working model and a big team.

Let's see if this project will stay longer as compared to other similar projects. Property business via blockchain is too complex. Simple as it seems, but there's a lot more to do here. That's why most of the real-estate projects ended up in trading and not really into their business.

Could you please let me know what it is that is not clear to you? We are a couple of real estate companies with many, many years of experience and have our own property funds, managed portfolios, rental agencies and courses on how to invest in property. We know about certain problems in the property world (lack of transparency, lack of liquidity, lack of standardisation, complex nature of fund creation, etc.) and we are building solutions for this with our own childchain on Ardor.

Hi Twinkle,
That is actually incorrect. All the tools are already there and this is why we choose Ardor. They have controlled Assets and phased transactions, which are two important aspects to make this platform work in the regulatory world. We have not seen a project that is similar to Dominium, as most real estate projects either tokenise property (legal issues) or tokenise funds (no difference to non tokenised funds as regulation still applies).
We are first building the platform with our own property funds and our own properties and once fully funcional will apply for an umbrella license so others may create funds in a regulatory correct way and with standardised documentation. If there is a similar project out there, do let us know.
Once we connect to the testnet of Ardor it will all become a lot more clear to everyone where we are going with this, but rest assured we will stay for the course.

Of course the website is https. We actually have an EV SSL as we believe that is what all proper companies should have.
https://dominium.me is the site, so not sure where you went to before, and you should see Dominium B.V. in the green browser bar.
