Not sure that's an easy question to answer; do you mean what country has the most companies incorporated in it and then ICO?

Probably somewhere like Switzerland or Signapore.. but I'm not sure if you mean what country do the ICOs most commonly actually operate in (some our global, some our region specific)

The answer should be the canadian countries. Because the majority of canadian countries are putting easy regulation to the icos. I remember swiss is become the crypto hub country and the second place will have filled by singapore. Slovenia and the more countries should be on the last place.

For me i guess its Russians because in bounty section most of the popular manager are russians and this we can see on their post history when they are focusing on their local section,so thats for me are enough reason why i guess more Russian ico maker than any other country

USA has more number of ICOs than rest of the world, most successful ICOs are also from USA. UK and Russia has also created many ICOs but they are still behind the USA

Due to the fact that the ICO can not be declared in all countries, it is very difficult to judge whose ICO is greater, it may be that the team from Russia but is registered in Latvia or Singapore. Possible in the rating agencies to obtain such data, there is in fact record all the passing of ICO.
As i can see there are a lot of ICO from Singapore, USA, England, China, Russia...

Russia and China. This two nation from the past banned ICO but now they are one of the leading nations that promoting ICO and as we can see nowadays these two nations succeeded. Russia has yobit exchange while China has neo, if I am not mistaken,. What I am written here is only for what I am sure. I think bibox and gate.io is also created by Chinese, anyone can correct me if i am wrong.

I have never wondered and searched it before but I usually see Switzerland, Singapore, Estonia and Russia. I think Asian countries like China, Singapore and Switzerland from Europe host most ICOs
