What you think is the Bitcoin weakest link at this point of time?

In my sense, the most important point for now that would need some development is the exchanges because they can be regulated by governments and banks. As some has suggested, we could create a P2P decentralized exchange that could solve this problem. Is there any other things you can think of as the Bitcoin's weakest link at this moment?
