Could you share with us the 2 last complains for example and the date it was reported ?
The last 1xbit.com scam was reported 3 days ago.

Account holder won a bet of around 500 mBTC. 2 minutes after the bet was settled, account was blocked, and now can't login.

Support wrote the following email and stopped communicating:

"Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

Many of the other victims received the same email. They even do not say why they stop the collaboration or what Terms and Conditions were breached!

I see that you promote Cloudbet on your website, a site that contacted me and that my team elected NOT to include in our ranking because on many bad reviews online...

One example of it: https://www.reddit.com/r/btc/comments/anhgn4/cloudbet_is_scam_they_are_not_paying_for_winning/
So you are right and I'm wrong ? the opposite ?
I suppose the truth is somewhere in the middle Wink

Would you mind giving a little bit more details about the last scam case of 500mBTC ? I could try to talk to my contact there (anastasiya) and push it to know better what happen from their POV ?

Not that I want to defend them, more that I want to confront them and make me my own opinion receiving their explanations.. (still with the intention of deciding if we keep them in our listing)

But so far (1.5 month collaboration) they pay commission every week and their affiliate system has been well thought imo

I'm really interested about if 1xbit are scammers or not.
But should we really trust people that critics 1xbit when these same people are obviously "promoting" sportsbet io?

Don't get me wrong here, sportsbet io is a good sportsbetting site I think, but I wonder if people with good and reputable site like these have interest in accusing other new site of scams (because they will lose some business if these site acquire good reputation)

These are only thoughts, no accusations, peace.

lol yeah right , BTW sportsbet don't pay people extra to trash talk other sites just so you can know that people who are promoting other sites aren't interested in trashing competitors
here is the email I got from them last June :

Quote
Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions.

they haven't replied after at all
I was beating them with sportsbetting but they have no right to freeze my money , the max they can do is to ask  for my ID then process my withdrawals and prevent me from using the site in the future ( at least with the same ID that I provided )
they don't even have max limits , professionals can bet whatever they want with no limits so defending them for not paying professionals is just stupid
basically they are freerolling the winners : come and lose you are more than welcome but when you win we will freeze your money ( basically everyone is a loser and the site is the only winner )

If this is true, this is a shame, I agree //
Would you share with me (in private better) for me to be able to confront what you say with my point of contact from their team ?
I could understand better and take a wise decision to stop or continue with them (and maybe could I get your money back at the same time)
What do you say ?

If players or bettors register its Cloudbet account with Game Protect, then they have consumer protection service inclusive.

Means if a customer will get scammed by Cloudbet then we will enforce the money through legal channels if necessary on our expenses.

I can not follow your logic, because if you do not accept operators because of bad reviews, then it does not make any sense to accept 1xbit.com.

There are a ton of bad reviews about 1xbit.com online!

already shared with you everything , this is the only email  I got from them and they haven't replied back at all even I asked them to mention what was the condition that I broke
no single reason to freeze my account other than I was beating them

1- I didn't multi account , I don't even need to multi account since you can bet howmuch you want
2- I asked their support if betting max bet several times is allowed and they said yes
3- I asked support about using VPN and they said VPN is ok

I'm not the only one reporting that BTW , several other people are reporting the same scenario

I just curious about 1xBit's promotion campaign. Why 1xBit don't have any signature campaigns in here? Or did they finish their campaigns here?

I think they had campaign in the past, maybe it did not work out as expected!

they did have one as I remember but they abandoned the forum totally , it's not wise to spend money on campaigns while scam accusations are getting created daily in the same forums   Cheesy
their rep in the past said that he will solve the accusations in the forum but I don't remember him paying anyone so they just stopped opening the forums

Yes mate we can understand the 1xbet indented clearly because they are not responding to us. And they have very bad reputation in all over the gambling rating site, better to stay away from 1xbit because of I already have very bad experience from them.

Would you consider this betting site "safe" ?
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5054374.0

I was wondering what crash game to recommend to my audience Smiley and I wanted to include one page that offer ONLY one game. Do you think there is any "safe" one ? Or the only option is to send my user gamble on stake ? (I like stake btw)

Many Crypto bookies would block you to keep betting on their platform when you beat them regularly. And if account are anonymous, yu can simply create another account and keep beating them I suppose Cheesy.

But did they let you withdraw your funds after freezing your account ?

Thanks for this precision. I agree that this is really shady and should be said.
And since you seem happy with sportsbetdotio would you mind giving me a bit more info ?
I see that when you want to create an account with them, they ask for your first ans last name. Is it ok to use fakes to remain anonymous ? Or will they KYC you in the future when you wanna withdraw your winnings ?
I think that if I only use crypto it should be fine but could be good to hear an experienced user like you about that Smiley

they can apply KYC anytime and I did send them my papers long time ago
it doesn't happen everytime and the majority of the users are using sportsbet with small amount of money without going through the KYC
winners do get limited just like any other usual book ( except the few asian ones ) but you will always be able to withdraw your money unlike the case here with 1xbit

I would say it's better to use it only when you are ready to go through their KYC

Most people that have reported an issue about 1xbit are users that have won a lot of money and anyone that is not new to crypto gambling site will know 1xbit have ton of history of bad reputations. If you are players or bettor that like waging large amount of money or you always like rolling over your winning to make huge profit, then 1xbit is not for you. I do play with them and I've always withdraw small winnings without problem

I 100% agree that the style of the game directly affects the attitude of the company 1xBit to your account. Therefore, it is not surprising that professional players mainly fall under the sanctions there. Amateur players usually do not risk anything. The detailed review of 1xBit can be found here: http://100bookies.com/1xbit-review/
