I have some extra 7950 Gigabyte still under warranty. The warranty should have at least 2.5 years left.

They have f43 flashed which is hard to find since the new ones all have FT0 Bios.

Ebay is selling them around $360. I can sell it for $320 + shipping. Cheaper if you buy more.
