Easiest/fastest way to deposit at BTC-E? (USD)

Title says it all, just curious what may be the fastest/easiest and most reliable way to deposit USD at BTC-E? i've done some research, but some stuff i've found seems like it may not work anymore.

You will have to verify your account first, then you can start buying/selling

Lots of people have been having issue with depositing to BTC-e - be careful! There are claims of wire transfers not arriving, OK Pay being not trustworthy etc.

I would personally avoid them.
