	Bounty rules as follows:
	> You must have a minimum of 100 real followers
	> Your Twitter account must have an audit score of at least 75% per Twitter Audit
	> You must follow the official CodeMailTech Twitter account: @CodeMailTech
	> You must like and retweet all tweets (minimum of 5) by @CodeMailTech each week
	> Retweets must be done in a timely manner and not all at once at the end of the week
	> You must tweet one original tweet about CodeMail each week
	> You must record links to your original tweet and retweets by the end of each week using the form here: https://codemail.tech/bounty/tw/rec/
	> Each week ends on Friday and STPZ will be distributed the following week

Stamps are the credits used to micro-transact over the CodeMail network, therefore allowing network access and facilitating communication.
A simple comparison is to the traditional postal system. You pay a stamp for sending a letter while it costs the recipient nothing.
Node operators are paid for delivering the mail by way of contributing their resources.

No company or middleman wll take a cut of the transaction.
The Stamps spent to send and store data will be fully distributed to those node operators who facilitate the transaction.

Ultimately, one billion Stamps will distributed into the CodeMail network.
Fifty percent, or 500 million, will be sold during the pre-order campaign described below.
The pre-order ERC20 Stamps will be convertable to native Stamps once the CodeMail network is live.

Components

Messaging App A familiar-looking app that provides the following features: account management to create addresses and aliases; create, send and receive messages; manage folders and contacts; built-in wallet to deposit/withdrawal Stamps. It will also include an import function to move unsecure mail off old accounts and onto the secure CodeMail network with unlimited storage.

Network Node By lending out your unused bandwidth and disk resources to support the network, you will receive Stamps as compensation. Schedule the time and percentage of resources to contribute to avoid interfering with work or play.

Dev API Toolkit The open source developer API will allow community developers to build new applications on top of the secure, decentralized CodeMail network. Early contributors and partners will be subsidized and incentivized in order to promote adoption and innovation.
