Best way to withdraw BTC directly to the bank account? (Asia)

So I was wondering about what's the best way to withdraw BTC directly to bank account for Asian countries? I think Coinbase is good but I think they only transfer to the bank accounts in the US, am I right? So what other exchanges can I use for that? I've got about 0.20 BTC which I'm looking to withdraw so I can't use BTC-e ($1000 min.).

Try the Chinese BTC exchanges since you're in Asia.

For such a small amount I would use localbitcoins or perhaps leave them there and check in a few months

Can I withdraw the funds to my bank account with Perfect Money? What is the minimum amount there and how long do they take to transfer money to the bank account?

And isn't LocalBitcoins full of scammers? Anyone can just run away after taking the BTC.
