Hi, where can I buy small bitcoin amount? I only need a small amount and I would like to but £1 pounds worth bitcoin. Can some tell me how and where I can do this safely? first you should check which exchanging site is available in your country. The minimum value of buying Bitcoin is 8 decimal value and it depends on your trading site. But coinbase and Local bitcoins are promising site so you should choose the best promising site.

I unfortunately don't think you'd be able to buy bitcoin from an exchange's website with amounts as low as 1 pound, due to most sites having a minimum amount that you need to deposit in order to fund an account on an exchange.
If you really only need tiny amounts, then it may be worth your time to look into finding out the location of bitcoin ATMs. They have really high fees but some of them won't have a minimum amount needed to purchase. Alternatively, maybe post in local bitcoin facebook ground or look into localbitcoin traders, or pawn shops, as they may be able to sell you very low amounts.
I must warn you though, when buying very small amounts of crypto you will be hit with fees that make it not worthwhile in the end. It would be better to save up money over time to make a larger purchase so less of your money disappears with fees.

As ummart66 says, it's not going to be worth buying such a low amount, the fees will offset your purchase completely. Would increasing your purchase amount by a little be feasible? As other have said, look into exchange platforms that are supported in your region. One we always recommend as it is very easy to use is the Square Cash App. Download it on your phone, all you need is a debit card.
Cheers

Hi, where can I buy small bitcoin amount? I only need a small amount and I would like to but £1 pounds worth bitcoin. Can some tell me how and where I can do this safely? Why don't you just find someone who would be willing to sell you that amount of Bitcoins and you would be paying the fees associated with the transaction.

Your local exchange usually won't have a limit to buy, I know I have bought as low as $20 at a time.
Where do you come from? I think local exchange will be the best choice for you, you should know is, minimum amount of bitcoin purchase can be done in local exchange. and indeed sometimes $ 20 is the minimum amount of purchases we can get from local exchanges.

Hi, where can I buy small bitcoin amount? I only need a small amount and I would like to but £1 pounds worth bitcoin. Can some tell me how and where I can do this safely? If you'd ask me best way is to earn it. Seriously how hard would it be to earn one dollar of worth in crypto? You have many giveaways that you can enter. Or simply offer your service such as here on forum or on the other relayed websites that can pay you in crypto. Faucets are waste of your time and energy. I am not sure if you can buy that little, specially taking into consideration the fees needed for transfer ajd calculating rates. To be sure you want to have at least five of worth.

If you want to buy bitcoin with a small amount I think it is very difficult, but you can do it the way you buy with a voucher that can be made with a small value.

I don't believe Coinbase trades UK since they are US based. I believe the Euro exchange is Bitstamp. Right coinbase allows us to trade using altcoin but i dont think you can buy using euros since america has a tight policy for crypto. I advice OP to search in google whats the appropriate exchanges or wallets that he can easily buy bitcoin using own local currency

the limit that a buy/sell order has on an exchange is not the limiting factor here. that usually is as small as 0.00010000 BTC in some exchanges (less than $1 at current rate), there are also smaller limits! the limiting factor are: the deposit limit which can't be as small as £1, the withdrawal limit which may be as small as £1 but the withdrawal fees is bigger than that.

I think it's better to buy right now, because at this time bitcoin prices are down, and we have to buy bitcoin with a trusted person let us not get hokey.

But you have other exchanges, like Kraken who has the biggest EUR trading volumes, and Cex.io for example, which is a british exchange. But I don't know what is the minimum trade on these platforms... not sure you can do such a little order.

Cash App has saved my life. Did you ever try purchasing $1 of bitcoin? I believe I was able to purchase $20 of btc with it.
