1 - Can I miner some altercoins with any Asic miner usb even if it's Asic miner Bitcoin usb?

2 - Is it possible to transfer the file wallet.dat from wallet client Windows to wallet client Linux?

1. As long the alt coin uses the same SHA-256 algorithm.
2. That should work.

I think there are plans to do Scrypt ASIC miners.
But none has been sold yet.
