Advice on getting my money back

Hi everyone, Please read this to get an understanding of where I am coming from https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=387941.msg4198785#msg4198785. I have done everything Xchanga has told me to and they still have not sent me my BTC that I have paid for or refunded back my money. Could someone give me some advice on who I should call call to get my money back or stop these fraudsters?

verification. We need the verification documents of Eddie. and we must
warn STOP SENDING PEOPLE TO COME AND EMAIL US OR CHAT WITH US ON THIS
YOUR ISSUE. We shall ignore your order and never talk to you for
2months if this happens again.

Send Eddie verification documents and tell him to send it with the
email he used to chat with us. Also everywhere you posted scam about
us must be removed and edited then your btc gets to your wallet.

We wont reply if we do not have Eddie documents from him. and we shall
delete all emails your send or ignore them. Mind you if anyone talks
to us again about this we shall never respond for 2 months on your
issues.

I didn't know they had an account on this forums before I purchased from them. Which is silly by me I found there site by googling western union to bitcoin. Then when they didn't deliver I did some searching and found that they had an account on this forum which I should have done the first time. I tried communicating to them by PM them but they do not reply.

I hope I get my money back as well I have contacted WU and they couldn't help. Who else should I contact?

I will try it's hard though knowing that the money you worked so hard to get is being used to create other scams sites, drugs, child trafficting and other illegal activities etc.

Sounds like you get at least the ID of the person who got the money from WU and with that you can file a charge.

I have never heard of a money order sorry for my ignorance. What I understand is that I don't think I will be able to get a refund because I didn't pay him through a money order it was through my visacard through WU. Should I still in the form and cross my fingers?

I have contacted WU and they said nothing can be done because the receiver has already picked up the money. I will see if a charge back is possiable. I pray it is.

I have but it doens't get many views and the more people that know about xchanga the less victims there will be I may be QQ too much but I think that what makes this forums/community great is people experince and sharing it to the world.

I hope if there are people considering about xchanga because of their cheap prices read these posts and reconsider if they should do business with them. 60% of me thought it was a scam because the minimum order you can make is 1/2 a bitcoin i found a bit sus. I even asked if I could purchase $100 worth of BTC because my mentality is buy small to see if they are legit and if they are continue making small orders until you have formed a relationship with them then make big orders. But their live chat representative reasured me and they convinced me that they would deliver but they didn't they kept making excuses.
