Hope you like better this version, and as always comments are welcomed!

Hey guys, why spend 1BTC and look for logo design in a community where there is no one professional designer?

With the same amount you can start a contest between logo designers, and the community will end up with a truly professional designed logo!

just take a look at websites like 99designs.com or logoarena or google 'logo design contest' and choose the website you like, with 1BTC you will have a great logo, much better than anything anyone could achieve here.

Please follow my advice!

UP!

Come on peeps for 1BTC the logo should look fucking awesome, where them design skills?

You can't find fucking awesome logo design skills here, you just need a pro for that. and 1 BTC would be enough to have a pro logo designer

also, i see people talking about NET or FRZ logos... do you really think those are good examples?

they just scream amateur

So do you really think that any people in here interested in the crypto scene cannot be pro designers too?
Maybe there are people in here whose main job is a pro designer and has the hobby of crypto...

Never assume anything... bluntly!  Wink

Hi, nice one..

IMHO it needs to "shine" a bit, it should pull your eyes towards it.
If this coin is somewhere on a site, I don't think it would immediately pull my eyes.

Good luck!

Hi Aki4real, thanks for the feedback.

What do you mean by 'shine'?
Make the golden center more golden?

Pls note that the 'eye candy' to 'attract the eye' in this design is not the 'glitter and shine' as there are already many coin designs that way but in stead I went for a completely different design, mimicking a real-world coin to make it 'desirable to have' (using some psychology in marketing lol  Wink ).

Cheers.

Hi Metatron,

I understand your point of view.

Yes I did mean get a more yellowy/shiney inside of the coin..

IMO this coin needs to look "succesfull", something you would show off to others.
Look at real casino chips at different casinos, different colors.. something that makes them stand out.
(by the way with this last example the chips don't shine, so there are also other possibilities to create the same effect)

Anyway, again.. good luck Smiley

RE LETTER SPACING... this is what I meant before... there needed to a bit of space to left of the L which can be created by shortening the lower bar of the L
I did a sample for you in photoshop to explain clearer... this gives the LOT a better feeling of being centred in the gold as the space on the left of the L counterbalances the space that sits under the left hand side of the vertical stroke of the T... this is what pro typographers do to 'cheat' the fact that some letters have large negative space around them like A, T and Y while others like H N and O have little negative space. The art of balancing the negative space is called 'kerning'.

IMO the original logo is just fine, but it's dull and flat.
I think is what you are looking for, oldminer - more realism.
Each of the smaller coins appear more real and "pops out" now.

Before

After

I can make it life like realistic with more depth if I have the original logo file or a high res version.

Here you go, a proper 3D render. Let me know your thoughts.

Can't do better with my limited skills. Hope it helped though.

Looks great. So far this is the pick of the bunch. What's your asking price for it?

I really do like this coin design, though its a pity its slightly on an angle. My concern is with sites such as coinwarz using it when all the other altcoins have forward facing logos, though I suspect if you tried to change that it would lose its rounded effect?
