I want to know if there is any blockchain fund raising platform for artists, like if somebody wants to make a film or music video and can apply in platform for crypto funds by submitting his project details. I know there are many distributing platforms coming up like tron network, basic attention token but I want to know of any platform for raising funds for creating short films and music video, thanks.

From what I know ArtByte advertises itself as crypto to support all types of artists. I don't know how good or legit the coin is, you should do your research.

There was also an attempt of token - scarab - but I think that it was only for paintings and I think that it died off.
For music there were (are?) some projects too - musicoin? maybe others?

I don't know of any made specifically for movie makers though.

Maybe you're looking for something similar to kickstarter? A lot of artists use crowdfunding platforms to fund future projects.
There are some crypto crowdfunding platforms, though they don't seem to be all that popular.

I think you might be better off trying on a traditional crowdfunding platform like Kickstarter or Indiegogo.

Your best bet is to market your work properly and "sell" it, not necessarily on crypto platforms but just generally everywhere, no one will buy your things if you have not given your work some value

Does it has to be a crypto platform? I know kickstarter has a huge pool of people who like to give their money for fundraising in return for almost anything, from small give-aways to bigger items, it just depends the way you market it, and how you run your campaign.

But ofcourse, since I'm also a big decentralized-fan...
