I just joined Zuper's DMD Pool (DMD.minar.cc) and shortly after allocating 50 VPS's to mine there my account was locked. After 24 hours (I still have them running on his pool) and over 15 e-mails sent, I have no reply from him...

He's online right now and yet still no reply...it's a shame I can't post on his thread yet!

So, just a heads up to watch out for Zuper's pools until I get this issue resolved  Angry

Coincidentally Zuper has gone offline within 30 seconds of sending him a PM!

Has anybody has similar experiences with minar.cc and/or other mining pools?

50 VPSes will tend to look like an illegitimate botnet or a DDoS attack, since it creates a hell of a lot of server load, I don't blame the guy. If you want to do that kind of thing, run your own P2Pool node, other pools would probably boot you also.

I can understand that Flashman, thank you for the input. I should have mentioned that each VPS is sending ~50 KH/s for a total of 2.5 Mh/s...hardly enough for a DDOS attack!

It's not so much the amount of data as the requests per second.

I've had some correspondence with Zuper, but after I replied back to him 2 days ago he has started to ignore me again and my account remains locked. I would estimate he has around 100 DMD that I feel I won't be getting!

Zuper,

i have tried to contact you over 15 times via email with no luck, I have started a thread here hoping you see it, no luck. it is with extreme regret that I have to come this far to get my account unlocked.

Again, I ask you to look at account 'TARCHY' on your DMD pool and to unlock it accordingly.  I have had 50 VPS's running on my workers for 24 hours now, in hopes you will honor your terms.

Tarchy.

Hey Tarchy! I didnt receive any message!!!
I will unlock your account. But please explain me why your account is locked...
