So you as the host make 0.01 Bitcoin per game (or more if your next games are for larger amounts).  I can see why you think this is a good idea.   Grin

Right I wouldn't say this is a ponzii scheme.  I would say it is a way to lose BTC though.  -10% EV, might as well play at a dice or poker game, better odds.

Nice Ponzi Cheesy

It's not a ponzi, but it more than likely is a scam lottery.

Wish to elaborate on that groundless accusation?

Want to elaborate on how this isn't probably a scam? People will send you money, you'll probably do a runner. Happens here almost daily. Why don't you use an escrow for the lottery funds instead of them going straight to you?

Welcome to The Daily Live Bitcoin sit and go lottery   Here is how it works:  Every time a sit and go is full, a random number gets generated to crown 1 winner. People are allowed to secure more than 1 spot if they like, but your return on investment will be smaller as well.

How is this random wining number generated?

Hi, I read your post about using Escrow.
I never used it myself but if I understand the concept well then can u tell me if this is correct:

Buyer sends funds to Escrow who holds the funds until the buyer says he received the goods. Then Escrow releases the funds to the seller.

Yes, but in this case the escrow agent holds the money and sends it to the winner.

Nice idea. I'll send you my bitcoins.

Btw, have you heard anything from my long lost cousin, Prince Nakeem from Nigeria. He said that he would send me his money after inheriting his kingdom. I have financed his legal process for $10,000, but I haven't heard from him since.

I expect he must be busy, dealing with his subjects and everything.
