If you are looking at this from a break through technology stand point it's not. This is an Investment Fund that invest in crypto projects like an Ethereum or Lisk or Bitcoin etc. Within the our Fund we hold various portfolios designated to track different categories of crypto assets. The portfolio, our holdings, are what give the coin its value. Tether is backed by the dollar this is backed by crypto. Its a way to expose your portfolio to different crypto assets with out owning those assets.

Yes we are aware of the size of the soft cap and feel it is a conservative number. However, we are currently reassessing the amount of tokens that will be available during the sale due to the larger amount of interest than we originally anticipated along with that lengthening the sale window and adding a possible bonus to the first week. This is something that is currently being discussed and will release definitive details within the next few days. 

Tokens not sold will be placed back into the Funds wallets to be used for future growth. No burning will take place.
