Good exchange site please

Hey guys !
Do you know a good exchange site ? I mean
- Cryptsy is fucked up you lose all your coins every time you trade (from experience) and they don't give them back to you(btw I don't understand how comes that so many people are still on this amateur's site)
- Mtgox and others steal your money by telling you that it's too risky or something like that.
So do you have a reliable exchange site ? Coinex maybe (I haven't tried it yet) ?

But the number of coin is limited.

Coinedup has some lag, but it's ok to trade doge&cat >.>
