Well, I have sent him 120 USD before Christmas through Skrill Moneybookers, he promised to send BTC-e code in a few days, so I gave him some time to realize what he is doing, because apparently it`s a very young russian kid, or possibly not so young russian guy, with a brain of a very young russian kid. 
In Russia it`s a very common disease, that some people even at older age are still keeping brain and way of thinking of a very young russian kids.
