I log in and I can't post because I posted "320 seconds ago". I post on an active topic and it won't let me because there have been new posts since I started--what forum has this??? I've tried posting this topic 3 times now!!! and it keeps getting rejected because I posted 320 seconds ago, which of course I didn't.

This place is a major bummer.
The block chain is the main innovation of Bitcoin. It is the first distributed timestamping system.

Login counts as a post. You can disable the message which states there have been new replies to the thread in your profile settings.

Searching eats CPU time of the server. If you click the search next to help and donate you can use google to search the forum. They have enought spare CPU time to do it without limitating you...

Im not really here, its just your imagination.

Indeed! this forum is slow and glitchy. You have time limits between every post. And it was down when mooncoin was released

Ok thanks for the info. As a longtime lurker who finally registered I have mostly been using the search function and slowly. This tip is good to know. Looking forward to getting out of newbieland of course. ^^

Nice to know... this site seems full of restrictions that aren't made aware to the user.

Kind of annoying.

Not made aware? Have you even read half the sticky posts around here?
