I have something like 3-4$ in Canadian Tire coin (very rare, mining has stopped years ago). I am willing to exchange for DOGE, BTC, LTC, Air Miles or Metro Point.

Any money can be exchanged, except maybe for the cuban convertible peso, which is clearly not a real currency.
