CPU MINING keeps shutting down and restarting..

I'm CPU mining on my 8 core cpu and it goes from 33-140 kh/s and then just shuts down before it comes back after a while and does it over and over.

I use minerd.exe and mining_proxy.exe, any help to fix this.

also how can i make it stay at 140 kh's?
