Custom Undervolt Bios for PowerColor 6970

Hi,

i tried to create a custom undervolted Bios for my PowerColor 6970
When i boot the Rig, i get a BSOD ...

i used the latest version of http://www.techpowerup.com/rbe/

my GPU

can someone help me to get a stable voltage?
i read that 1.075 should be good for the card

i can dump a ootb bios later today
