Hello directbet. Can you pls add option to recieve other coins after winning. like a placed a bet with bitcoins but i would like to recieve doge or ltc. Thanks in advance
Seems you mean trade or exhcnage your coins after the bet. I doubt they will be able to ever offer that. Firstly, its very hard for them to keep selling at the current trade price, and not take a loss. Secondly, people could misuse it, for example, they could sent bitcoins to a game which just ended, and in the refund get the coins converted, thus essentially using it as a live exchange. |

Yes thats what i mean. Maybe they should add rules about that and be strict when they implement it Even then, they might have to take a loss. The problem is that a lot of people send their coins through an exchange, and get their money transferred to another address. So essentially they will have have to ask if they wish to transfer the money back to sending address or receiving one, and if someone knows an address who bets regularly, they could possibly get the funds transferred to another address if they act fast. This feature has also been requested to a lot of other sites in the past which accepts multiple coins, and I doubt anyone of them has actually implemented an exchange for it |

Thanks for your suggestion. We considered it awhile back. If we are to offer coins conversion, it will have to be done at the time you place your bet and not at the time the payout is issued. That in order to avoid controversy and dispute over the currency conversion rate, as the time it takes for payouts to be issued after the result is determined varies from bet to bet. I have some questions for you : 1) Who is interested in this feature ? Please post and let us know. 2) Given that you will get better conversion rate at the exchanges, would you still prefer that we convert the coins, rather than do it yourself in an Exchange and then cash out from the exchange directly to your bet address ? 3) Are you also interested in betting on alt coins exchange rate ? |

Lower odds mean lower risk , and higher odds means higher risk. I won't be betting on some random game, but will be betting on someones tips who has a good record. If an event had 1.2 odds, then I would lose 1 in 5. But with tipsters its more like 0.7 in 5. Thats what I am doing better. |

Your bet should have been pushed automatically. Please e-mail support with your bet ID if that was not the case. If you bet on a horse that ended up not running, you get your money back, so I'm not sure what is it that upset you on this ? We receive the list of horses and results from our data providers. As soon we become aware from our data providers that a horse is an official non-runner we will remove it from the list. Sometimes, although rarely, this information comes only after the race. This usually happens when a horse is withdrawn very close to the off of a race. |
