I love your sportsbook. But I have a doubt.
Suppose someone place some money on a event, now suppose if the event is void by rain or any other factor, will the bet get the loyalty points for the amount of bet ? I will be happy to see a answer, thanks.
Yes. Loyalty points are still earned even if the event is canceled. |

Check in another block explorer like blockr.io or blocktrail.com, I have seen similar issues recently with blockchain.info, if other block explorers say similar then contact the support with your Bet ID. |

When this happens it means the blockchain explorer you are looking at is not yet aware of the transaction. Either check on another blockchain explorer or wait a few minutes and you will eventually see it. We e-mailed you a proof of payout delivery. |
