I presume the bet is null & void. The initial stake would just be returned to the punter/gambler.
That's what happens in fiat bookies any way like if a horse you bet on is a non runner you just get your money back.

Generally, if the game is rescheduled to be played in the very near future all bets will stand. Otherwise they will be refunded.
