I had placed bet , but it got rejected because the event become unavailable. It says the refund to be be processed after 1 confirmation but it been already 10 confirmations and it still says rejected instead of refunded.

There is no deposit requirement for their Sportsbook. I believe there isn't a minimum bet either but considering the bitcoin transaction fees it would be about 0.0001.
