hello again the best betting site and best team of support...
i have one desire to you. (or maybe question...)
my father is big fan of Beathlon and is watching every evening and made me love this sport too, is there ant possibility to add this type of sport in your site? i dont want to search on other betting site and i dont want to make bet on other site, so if you will add this sport type, will be very glad...

Hi,
Just found your site to bet on horse racing but your odds are just abysmal. I mean there no where close to reality, you must have around a 90% over round on the books. If your going to offer horse racing please at least do a better job at odds compiling.

What happened to India Vs England match as i am not able to see the live betting option as i want to wage a bet for the match. The match is in a really interesting phase and i sure the odds are pretty good to wage a bet on England to win the match,really disappointed that i could not wage a bet at this stage.

a big fan of Directbet generally and with more than 120k loyalty points overtime and 24k this month but the on-chain system is sometimes so annoying, you can't also re-confirm etc.... unlike other sites with a off-chain betting system.
just had a small bet in live which was sent by mistake and it had been actually pending and the match was suspended for while and wanted to cancel it if possible but it wasn't, I understand the negotiate odds as well but would be better if you could confirm etc.. even in normal bet specially in live bets where you don't get a chance to correct it.
Why ignoring these two and answering the rest? should at least reply to these complaints/questions |

Usually its one of 2 reasons. They have taken enough bets and cannot take more risk depending on the bank roll they have. Or their odds provider didn't offer them odds for that game. I assume it was the latter. |

The reason why betting was suspended in the middle of the game was due to an error in our system. |
