Wow, that is a lot of 1 BTC bets you have made on the site, so the site denied your winnings and void the match after you have successfully place a bet? I think directbet should compensate you with something more than a free bet as your bet amount is huge and that is their system error at their ends.

But at least directbet is honest enough to send you back the refunds fast for such a big amount of funds, I wonder do you still get the loyalty points for that voided match?

A query to you dirctbet .. please can you tell me that are you having any plans on having a account based gambling here on directbet ? I mean like other normal sportsbook because with address betting its getting to obvious to check our bets by public.
 
Or at least please make something that only we can view our bets, because anyone who knows my address can see all my bets which I really do not like and may stop gambling anytime on directbet and already your casino has no good games though I appreciate it has account system.

DirectBet is one of my favorite sports bet site to use for my sports betting, their withdrawal system is really good, always fast and good without any problem for me, and players can also earn loyalty points from every bets made on their site, it is a very good way to reward players.

But most of the times, their live betting odds are somewhat lower comparing to other sites, but I guess it is all good, I would rather use a site with better and faster service rather than getting a site that doesn't respond to your tickets. So I will continue to use Directbet

I betted €25 on DirectBet, it was a dice game. Now, 2 days and 100 confirms later I still didn't receive my money, the bet status says "Settlement in Progress". And since I read that DirectBet "Never failed to pay a winning bet" I would really want to receive my money. I did contact Support, but they dont seem to reply. Or is there a long waiting time?

This status also shows up when someone bets on an asian handicap with a quarter(0.75 for an example), and the game ends at 0-1 or something like that, means the gambler gets an half of his funds back.
