I thought that the news that i heard was joke looks like they are closed and i think that is why they are close because they are almost successful due to the price increase.. and i think they serve a good service to us.. for now the good alternative for directbet.eu is nitrogen sports but i think most of the gamblers and bettors are directbet is their main..

Any possibility that the site will open in the future? And how long will the playing wallet be active?

There are many possible reasons why a success gambling site decide to shut down and it is their own right whether to keep the reasons as their own secret. We cant force them to tell us the reasons.
There were some examples in the past like satoshibet and betking (even though dean is going to relaunch it). Most of people were curious about the reasons. Indeed, it is normal if you thinks that there is something fishy but we should think positively.

You are expecting from an average user in the community to knows what is the real deal for Directbet's shutdown? As if anyone knows here the real reason behind except for the Directbet itself and the concerned persons. I know also that there is some important thing behind but if there's no players that is directly affected like a scam attempt then no big deal to know more deeply.

If there is something fishy then try to wait some scam accusations thread against them at the respective section or any thing that Directbet involves in a shady activity.

Maybe this question would be answered but I am still interested in. As you claim, you offer us Provably Fair block-chain based Texas Hold'em Poker. What does that means? As I know many serious poker website uses Quantis to choose random cards for poker players.

Just refer to their updates few page behind. As long as their site was still active then playing wallet was still active too. But in case that you have problem on forgetting money in playing wallet. They announce that we can still email their support. They can manually transfer balance.

Even though they are closing. There service is still great in terms of customer care that was the best feature that I'm gonna with this site. Cry

Shutdown means they won't be taking any bets/settling any bets from now onwards. From their previous statement, the only the reason the website is live is to give users access to check their previous bet history.

On the affiliate side, I am trying to cash out, sent emails to support and no reply yet.

Also do they payout to your the affiliate ID address or to a BTC wallet of your choice? I have a bunch of ether on there in affiliate account but never cashed out before. I certainly have no access to the ID wallet, never have.

When Did you placed your bet in there? Since Directbet has announced that they are shutting down their site at this moment?

In that case you should contact them via their support nor here since as i see their affiliate side is yet on pending state maybe you should leave them a letter so that your message will be inline unto them.

seems to me that directbet has been taking care of all their customers. i have approx 10k+ due in an nba futures bet if the warriors win. and everyday i feel more and more comfortable that i will be taken care of.

great job with making sure the closure get's handled the right way.
