In my experience - not very long, probably ~ 4 hours at the most.

Btw, check out http://bitcoinideal.eu/middlecoin/index.php?username=19s2hSjBwxkRuZswbVHvHmugp8t5rE81FP **Replace the bold text w/ your BitCoin wallet address*. This is a handy utility that lets you check your MiddleCoin balance easily on mobile device.

Hmmm, it was working pretty recently - haven't mined on MiddleCoin in a few days though. I know that their server has been up and down due to heavy usage. Be sure that you're including your WalletID after the username= variable, e.g. http://bitcoinideal.eu/middlecoin/index.php?username=18YXY35z1HgMoKqBFgiShGuqnhR7zdwwC6

keep in mind you won't get the user stat page until a payment has been processed to you. if you only mined for a little bit or have a low kh/s you may not have hit the payout threshold yet.

double check that you added --scrypt to your batch file for starting cgminer
